This is a return slip for an 8’H x 10’L x 5’ wide MOD System, nothing too special about it; Pro-Tec Equipment fills many of these out a day. This MOD System is a little different though. See, once the contractor got this MOD System to the job-site and installed it in the excavation, the crew got in to it and started their work. While in the MOD system, a cave-in happened. The MOD System did its job, it didn’t fail, didn’t shift. It allowed the crew to complete their work and safely return to the surface.

The crew carefully pulled the MOD System out of the hole (it had more pressure upon it since a cave-in occurred), disassembled it and returned it.

For a little over four hours of time, and one day worth of rent, this MOD System enabled a crew to be productive, finish a job, and have everyone go home safely. One day of rent and four hours of time is a small price to pay to achieve all this.
